How To Prepare For Your Facial

  • Drink plenty of water in the 24–48 hours leading up to your facial. Proper hydration helps your skin absorb treatments better and enhances that post-facial glow.

    For 48 hours before your appointment, avoid the following:

    • Exfoliants (chemical or physical scrubs)

    • Retinoids or prescription acne medications

  • AHAs or BHAs (like glycolic acid or salicylic acid)
