Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and respect for everyone's time, please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Grace Period:
Clients have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their scheduled appointment.
If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals:
If you are late but within the 15-minute grace period, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your service. Deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
You may reschedule by using the appointment confirmation email that was sent to you or by creating/logging into your account.
Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required and will go towards the full balance. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Cancellations:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Booking Restrictions:
Clients with a history of multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for services or have booking privileges restricted entirely.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please call or text us at 256-294-2029 as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
